DEREK HARPER, DPM

Dr. Harper, an Idaho native with a deep commitment to our rural communities, blends a personal touch with elite surgical expertise. His medical journey began with a dual-degree foundation in Neuroscience and Russian from Brigham Young University, providing him with a unique understanding of complex biological systems.

He went on to graduate in the top 20% of his class at the Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine, earning prestigious honors from both the Pi Delta and Sterling Harford societies for his mastery of anatomy and podiatry. Today, Dr. Harper brings that world-class training back home, offering a well-rounded, expert perspective to every patient he treats—whether in English or fluent Russian
