The Surgery Department at Minidoka Memorial Hospital, under the direction of Amy Davis was recently awarded the Sterile Processing Department Certification for the processes and policies implemented by the hospital to control infection rates from surgeries.  The hospital boasts a remarkable zero percent infection rate. Minidoka Memorial Hospital is the first Critical Access Hospital in the Nation to be recognized for this designation. The Hospital Administration and Board of Directors are very proud of the hard work, dedication, team work and conscious effort to continually bring health care to a greater level of care displayed by the entire staff at Minidoka Memorial Hospital.
